Beyonce Links With Lady Gaga For “Video Phone” Clip

Beyonce and Lady Gaga are two of the most popular singers today and it seems the two have joined forces for B’s latest video, “Video Phone.” After a few weeks of rumors, the news has been confirmed by MTV [click here].

According to a spokesperson for Hype Williams, the video will be released but few other details have been released.

Life and Style Magazine [click here] also found that the video was extremely secretive.

“Everything on the set was being kept very hush-hush, and security was extremely tight,” an alleged insider told the magazine.

The person went on to explain that the fashion in the video was “insane.”

“Beyoncé wears a feathered dress. And of course Lady Gaga wears something wild. The fashion is sick and insane.”

Many sources also say that Gaga will add additional work to the track.

Beyonce and Lady Gaga have yet to speak on the matter.

Last night VH1 debuted the rebirth of their hit “Behind The Music” series and the first episode was on none other than Lil Wayne. The new show chronicled Weezy’s life including his childhood in New Orleans that included accidently shooting himself and even meeting and rapping for Cash Money Records founder Brian “Baby” Williams, all at the age of nine. The semi-documentary then focussed on Lil Wayne having a child at the the age of sixteen and moving his mom out of the ghetto when he started to make money with his first big checks coming from his days as a member of the Hot Boys alongside Juvenile, B.G. and Turk. As we reported yesterday, BET shut down 106 & Park, their hit music video countdown show, early in order to show a new exclusive interview with Jay-Z that they called “Food for Thought: Conversation with Jay-Z.” The special was filmed at Sequoia’s restaurant in Manhattan’s South Street Seaport and features Jay-Z speaking with with Hot 97 radio personality Angie Martinez, journalist Harry Allen and sports commentator Stephen A.
